At VitalBlends™, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our facility and aim to provide quality products and reliable service. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to find a fair solution in accordance with our policies and applicable South African consumer protection laws.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original accessories and packaging.
- Show no signs of use, damage or misuse.
- Be returned in a resalable condition.
Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
To help us assess the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs or videos showing the problem.
Once reviewed, we will advise you of the appropriate next steps. Where applicable, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with South African consumer protection legislation.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, products that have been used, damaged through misuse, modified, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange unless required by applicable law.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome of your return request.
If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Exchanges
Where stock is available, eligible products may be exchanged for the same item if it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Exchange requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
