Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We deliver throughout South Africa using Aramex. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 8–11 business days. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email together with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Do you deliver throughout South Africa?
Yes. We proudly offer FREE delivery anywhere in South Africa. Whether you live in a major city, a growing town, or a surrounding community, we'll deliver directly to your door wherever Aramex services.
How much does delivery cost?
Nothing. Delivery is completely FREE on every order within South Africa. The price displayed on our website is the final price you'll pay—there are no hidden delivery charges at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Aramex tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time to view your parcel's latest delivery updates.

Is the blender powerful enough for ice and frozen fruit?
Yes. The VitalBlends Portable Blender features durable stainless steel blades designed to blend fresh fruit, soft frozen fruit, vegetables, protein powders, milkshakes, smoothies and small ice cubes with ease. For the smoothest results, we recommend cutting ingredients into smaller pieces and adding enough liquid before blending.
How much liquid does the blender hold?
The blender has a capacity of approximately 300–500 ml, making it ideal for single-serving smoothies, protein shakes, fresh juices, iced coffee, milkshakes and more.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge typically provides approximately 15–20 blends, depending on the ingredients being blended. The blender charges via USB-C, allowing you to recharge it from a wall adapter, laptop, power bank or even your vehicle's USB port.
Is the blender easy to clean?
Absolutely. Simply add warm water with a small drop of dishwashing liquid, blend for 10–15 seconds, then rinse thoroughly.
Can I use it every day?
Yes. The VitalBlends Portable Blender is designed for everyday use and is perfect for preparing smoothies, protein shakes, fresh juices, baby food, milkshakes and other healthy drinks whenever you need them.
Can I travel with it?
Definitely. Its lightweight and compact design makes it perfect for work, university, the gym, holidays and road trips. If travelling by air, we recommend packing it in your checked luggage, as airline policies regarding lithium batteries may differ.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Immediately after placing your order, you'll receive an email confirming your purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you another email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Returns are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer protection laws. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. What if my blender arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue. We'll investigate promptly and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
What if my blender develops a fault?
If your blender experiences a manufacturing fault during the warranty period, simply contact our support team. We'll assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our warranty and the South African Consumer Protection Act.
Does the blender include a warranty?
Yes. Every VitalBlends Portable Blender includes a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal household use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, modifications or normal wear and tear.
